Copyright and image use

Copyright in the paintings belongs to Irina Fogele. Reproduction, publication, adaptation and commercial use of the images require the artist’s prior written permission, except where permitted by law. Crediting the artist does not replace permission.

Buying an original or a print does not in itself transfer rights to reproduce the image or use it commercially.

You may create and save an interior visualisation for personal artwork selection and discussion with the artist. This does not grant permission to publish or commercially use the painting’s image.

To request permission, contact the artist with the name of the artwork and your proposed use.
